Ingredients: 
1. A few Mango slices
2. Handful of Kale
3. Handful of Chard
4. Handful of Spinach
5. Half a Banana
6. Coconut water
Throw into any kind of blender & blend!
If you're making it a day in advance or to drink later, store it in a glass air-tight container.
